Dear Friends,

Thanks to all who have sent letters, emails and flowers, mourning the loss of Mario Valdes. Your words have been a huge comfort. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the kindness with which you have generously showered us! Contributions for Mario's future memorial may be made to the Mario Valdes Memorial Fund, c/o American National Bank, 102 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

We think the best way to honor Mario is to get our noses back to the grindstone, making KRCC better than ever. So, it's back to business... onward with the Fall Membership Campaign, plus a slew of concerts!
